Irish Racehorse Experience

The Irish National Stud in Tully, West Ireland first began breeding thoroughbred horses over 120 years ago. Sharing that story is essential for them, and in 2020 work began on a new experience centre, to teach visitors about the lifetime of Irish racehorses.

The life of a racehorse is fascinating and complex. How can a museum lead 120,000 annual visitors through an immersive experience which is both interactive and informative?

Create immersive ones, using technology

Museum exhibits can sometimes be static or old fashioned, so the Irish National Stud was determined to create an immersive experience, taking advantage of the latest museum and exhibition technologies. Rapenburg Technologies was called in to assist in creating a seamless digital experience for visitors.
